Another murder trial involving a former gay porn actor is about set to begin. Marcus Allen (born Timothy Boham) is facing murder charges in relation to the 2006 death of John Kelso, who ran a collection agency.

On Tuesday, attorneys for the 28-year-old told jurors that Kelso, 43, was suffering from depression and killed himself with a shotgun. Prosecutors, however, contend that Boham wanted access to Kelso's safe and, when the older man refused, Boham shot him in the head.

Boham allegedly admitted to authorities to needing cash at the time, as he wanted to take care of his then pregnant girlfriend. Had he only used a condom that one time...

Meanwhile, Taleon Goffney, 27, pleaded guilty this week to two burglaries in Wawa, Pennsylvania. One half of a twin crime duo, Taleon has appeared in gay porn with his identical brother.

Goffney received a sentence of two to four years, and will likely plead guilty in Philadelphia to other burglaries with his brother, Keyontyli, on June 26.
