Corbin Fisher getting ready for a fight

CorbinFisher.com has announced a new addition to their team, and it's not a porn star. Marc J. Randazza, Esq. is a lawyer, with a speciality in intellectual property. He will be taking on the role of General Counsel, targeting trademark violators and the illegal distribution of the site's content.

"This is a significant appointment for Corbin Fisher, and one we are extremely pleased to make and announce," said Corbin Fisher CEO, Jason Gibson., "A central element of Mr. Randazza's role here at Corbin Fisher will be to head up our anti-piracy efforts and command the offensive we are preparing to take against those stealing our content - seeking out the infringers and their real identities, initiating legal action against them, pursuing judgements and firmly, loudly, and forcefully sending the message that violating our intellectual property rights can and will result in major consequences for the violators."

"Corbin Fisher puts a lot of effort and resources in to producing high quality content," added Randazza, "and when others steal that content, they may as well have broken in to our homes and stolen our possessions.  I look forward to hunting down those who think that they can steal our content and bringing them to justice."

Randazza's time, energy and expertise will also be donated by the company for certain pro bono First Amendment-related cases and issues the company feels are worthwhile.  Randazza said, "I am impressed by Corbin Fisher's commitment to matters beyond their own bottom line and look forward to being part of their efforts to help others."
