Don't have a horny Christmas

See no evilThe UK lingerie and sex shop Ann Summers on Grainger Street, Newcastle, is being criticisized for posting “Have A Horny Christmas” on the store's window. A complaint - yes, a single complaint - was made to the Newcastle City Council.

Local politicians agreed that the phrase was “inappropriate” but admitted they had no power to interfere.

Rev. Chris Dalliston Dalliston, of the Cathedral Church of St Nicholas, said: “Without sounding as if one is trying to be a killjoy, my feeling is that it is insensitive, at best uncomfortable and at worst a crass marketing slogan."

Matt King admitted to contacting his representative on council. He said, "I think it brings a highly sexual language to the high street. Everyone who can read, whether they are four or 80 years old, is being wished this message, which they may not want. I would have thought the council would be concerned that this would end up being a seedy end of town as a result.”

Even during the holidays the prudes of the world don't take a break. At least now we know at least two people who need a big black dildo shoved deep into their stockings this Christmas!
