Czechs insist gay refugees prove their sexuality

For any gay refugees trying to slip into the Czech Republic on the basis of their sexuality, be warned: you may have to prove you really are a homosexual. The government is requiring some gay refugees to pass a 'sexual arousal' test to determine how genuine their claims are.

The test has angered the European Union’s human rights agency for potentially violating the European Convention on Human Rights.

“Gay asylum seekers are hooked up to a machine that monitors blood-flow to the penis and are then shown straight porn,” reported the BBC. “Those applicants who become aroused are denied asylum.”

"The case first came to light after a German court refused to deport an Iranian asylum seeker to the Czech Republic, saying as a homosexual he would be subjected to the test,” added the BBC.

This doesn't sound fair at all. Wouldn't a more accurate test of gayness be full-on lesbian porn?
