Man claims stroke made him gay

Chris Birch has a stroke and said it made him gay.Former heterosexual Chris Birch, 26, claims that after he suffered a stroke, he woke up a changed man; he was no longer attracted to women and was very much into men.

The UK rugby player said he changed from a "19st skinhead to an 11st preened man."

“It sounds strange but when I came round I immediately felt different," Birch said. "I had never been attracted to a man before – I’d never even had any gay friends. But I didn’t care about who I was before, I had to be true to my feelings."

He no longer wanted to play rugby and studied for a new career as a hairdresser. He fell in love as well, and moved in with his partner Jack.

"Suddenly, I hated everything about my old life. I didn't get on with my friends, I hated sport and found my job boring," he said.

A neurologist admitted such a change was possible if the stroke opened up another part of his brain.

Stroke Association spokesman Joe Korner said: “Whether or not the stroke turned Chris gay, or whether he was gay anyway but unaware of it, his experience seems to be a positive one, which is great.”

Expect this to become the go to excuse for all the homophobic politicians when they're caught having gay sex.
