Purple dildo lawsuit fails

Purple dildoThe two men who sued Continental Airlines after a greased up purple dildo was left taped to their luggage have had their lawsuit tossed by the court.

Christopher Bridgeman and Marin Borger had claimed the experience was humiliating. They picked up their luggage after a trip home to Virginia from Costa Rica, only to find the colorful toy left exposed. The couple claimed severe pysychological trauma and said they had to call some friends to pick them up at the airplane because they were so upset.

U.S. District Judge Kenneth Hoyt dismissed the complaint Thursday. His decision relied on the Montreal Convention, in which claims based upon the mishandling of luggage are greatly limited. And because there was no evidence of maliciousness on part of the airline, the men had no case.

It is always an option to leave sex toys at home when traveling on vacation. But if you do travel with one, be prepared to have customs officials, airline employees and even fellow travellers see it. Too shy? Use your imagination to find something else that works!
