Did actor Josh Hutcherson drop trou?

Life of the Rich and Famous is claiming that the above nude pic is that of Hunger Games and upcoming sequel Catching Fire's star Josh Hutcherson. Allegedly, Hutcherson uses the pic to attract ladies on dating sites, using the online nick 'Connor.'

And there may even be a video of the same person jacking off on camera.

Of course, there's no way to know for sure if this is the young, 20-year-old star. But if it is, then YUM!
